I’m starting to warm up to the idea of an NHL team in Utah
On Thursday the Supreme Court dove into former President Donald Trump’s assertion of presidential immunity, stemming from actions he took in an effort to overturn the 2020 election results. The Court convened this morning, engaging in nearly three hours of arguments over whether Trump’s endeavors, labeled by his legal team as “official acts,” that should shield him from criminal prosecution.
The justices appeared divided along ideological lines.

Trump is trapped in New York City for the duration of his show trial there. The Democrats may think they’ve checkmated him – it’s certainly their hope – and perhaps they have. But Trump is nothing if not creative:
“I think we have a good chance of winning here and we’re gonna give it a big plan,” Trump said about New York State. “We’re going to the South Bronx to do a rally.”
“We’re going to be doing a rally at Madison Square Garden, we believe,” Trump added.
The rallies will focus on honoring police, firemen, and teachers.

There are no cold openings for today. Host Steve Bannon jumped right into the news. Julie Kelly opened the WarRoom action by discussing a US Supreme Court case she would follow and tweet live about it.
Bannon moved into interviews from the SCOTUS building and then lived in NYC.
“Trump resonates with the working class, he says what we want to hear,” the leader of local 638 told David Zere Thursday morning in NYC. “They were cheering for Trump at the top of their lungs, and it was not staged,” Zere told Bannon.
It seems that a perfect storm is brewing as the FDA has now confirmed that commercial milk has been contaminated with remnants of bird flu (H5N1).
Though the investigation is still ongoing, the health agency said it believes “the pasteurization process” and “the diversion or destruction of milk from sick cows” likely ensures that the “commercial milk supply is safe.”
Now, before you take the FDA’s word, remember that they also said that the C19 shots are also “safe and effective.

Celebrities typically are afraid to speak out against progressive ideologies since they subscribe to the ideals of the woke Hollywood echo chamber or because they fear repercussions for going against the liberal herd. However, there are a handful of times when entertainers not only spoke against woke culture, but they also won because of it.

Trump was right- again. Only 3 years ago our country was MAGA. America was great again. The economy, prosperity, inflation, interest rates, jobs, incomes, the border, crime, peace around the world.
Three short years later we’ve gone from MAGA to Gaza.
Trump was right about a lot of things. Here are just a few.

INSIDER: ‘Truly shocking’ – UCLA medical school requires course rife with radical political activism
UCLA’s medical school reportedly boasts a mandatory “health equity” class that teaches first-year students pure, unadulterated nonsense.
The syllabus for the course, “Structural Racism and Health Equity,” notes that students are required to read an article by “fat liberationist” Marquisele Mercedes about how “fatphobia is medicine’s status quo.
Planned Parenthood released its annual report last week, and among the numerous sinister statistics which the abortion giant boasts of are numbers showing the expanding reach of Planned Parenthood Global, the organization’s international program. Pro-lifers are familiar with Planned Parenthood’s dubious campaign for abortion expansion (which they profit from) in the United States, but the organization’s portfolio also targets vulnerable women across Latin America and Africa.
Fox News’ Kayleigh McEnany argued that former President Donald Trump should be “feeling quite good” after oral arguments in his presidential immunity case on Thursday.
“So this was huge, and this was the thrust of what we heard today. If I’m former President Trump and I watch this, I’m actually feeling quite good about what I learned about, let’s say, Justices Kavanaugh, what I learned about Alito, what I learned about Thomas. And I would add to that list Gorsuch,” began McEnany.
Justice Clarence Thomas asked the first question after Michael Dreeben, who was arguing against Donald Trump’s claims of absolute presidential immunity for special counsel Jack Smith, wrapped his opening statement in Thursday’s Supreme Court hearing.
Dreeben argued that no president should have immunity from committing “treason, sedition, murder, and here conspiring to use fraud to overturn the results of an election and perpetuate himself in power.”
“Such presidential immunity has no foundation in the Constitution.
In 2019, Brandon Davenport and Rich Ganske wrote “‘Recalculating Route’: A Realistic Risk Assessment for GPS” for War on the Rocks, in which they argued that threats to GPS are regularly over-exaggerated and that the GPS remains highly resilient. This year’s draft is taking place in Detroit, Michigan.
On Tuesday the Communist Democrats and Socialist Republican leadership in the U.S. Senate surprisingly signed off on forcing their Communist Chinese pals running TikTok to sell this social media platform to a neutral party or be banned in the United States. Great news for its competitors Facebook and You Tube.
The Communist Chinese can still buy land close to U.S. military bases inside our Republic without any interference from the do nothing republican controlled Congress.
Our borders are still wide open allowing military age Communist Chinese illegal immigrant men to enter our country.
A reporter’s eye-opening interview with a squatter in Detroit drove home the insanity of laws that protect them and gave a frightening insight into their rationale.
The video making the rounds on social media was from a decade ago, but that fact adds even more to the discussion as it shows how long homeowners have had to be victims.
“If I left my house, say for a month…and a half, you think you would be entitled to move in?” the reporter with Fox2 Detroit asked the squatter identified as Lynn Arthur Williams in the original report from 2014.
Vice President Kamala Harris is using an “economic opportunity” tour to try and dispel unfavorable opinions about President Joe Biden’s economic management.
Harris is on a tour across the country to raise awareness about abortion access. She started this tour last year by going to college campuses. Next Monday, she will start her tour with a moderated conversation in Atlanta, and the following week, she will have another event in Detroit. Both Georgia and Michigan are very close races for the general election in November.

It’s that time of the week again, it’s Thursday afternoon and that means the latest edition of True Romance With SeanJo is here to help get your mind right before firing up the lawnmowers. A little romance to set the mood before laying stripes.
If you missed last week’s, I recommend going back and reading it.
We had a reader submission, and a possible throuple in the making, with a guy who married two women who were once close friends that he went to high school with. The potential there for romance and drama is off the charts.
