I presume that colleges will find a way around the Supreme Court decision. They’ll find a way to discriminate based on race but conceal it with vague language about life experiences or something. Something very difficult to specify in a lawsuit. So I presume that affirmative action will continue as before — the same numbers, but differently worded admission policies.

By the time of The Great War’s beginning, the dominant herbivore in South Africa was reduced to less than 600 animals. The Black Wildebeest wasn’t driven to near oblivion for its meat or its horns.
It was a great week for America on the eve of her 247th birthday. The Supreme Court ruled that so-called elite universities could no longer treat vulnerable and historically marginalized Asian students like second-class citizens. The 6-3 decision was a victory for the vast majority of Americans who oppose race-based affirmative action in college admissions.
Alas, it was not a good week for President Joe Biden, a supporter of anti-Asian discrimination.
